Q. My boyfriend is planning on leaving Geek Squad and looking for a better company to work for. He has worked at the Geek Squad for 5 years and is a certified computer technician. Where are some possible places that will hire him in the Phoenix/Chandler AZ metropolitan area?

A. Too much. Video memory? Do you mean RAM? It all depends how much your willing to spend... Say you use DDR2 ram, 4G would prolly cost you around $150-$200, and a good graphic card(PCIe) would prolly be around $200-$300 as well. Geek squad usually does free installs if you buy their product.

Can geek squad replace a cracked iPod touch screen?
Q. My friend cracked my iPod Touch screen. The iPod still works perfectly fine, but its a really big, ugly crack in the screen. It seems totally replaceable, especially since it's external and still works fine. So is it replaceable and can Geek Squad do it? If so, how much will it cost? And if not, is there a place that CAN replace it?

You're preparing to invest into a business but have not done solid due diligence on the business, people behind it or the laws that will protect you in case it is a scam. There are so many red flags popping up in my head right now, I wouldn't know where to start! My advice is slow down. Take a month or two to investigate further and check into these people thoroughly. Talk to successful stores and see about their experiences. Talk to others that are not successful and find out why. Is it a company problem? Is that franchise owner just a bad business manager?
