A. Ok. if you want to ovoid being called a poser, then you have to SLOWLY become emo. if you become emo over one summer, people WILL call you a poser. You also have to have the aditude. So you need to be caring, sensitive, and don't be so in other peoples face! And yes, it can be expensive to be emo. if you are looking for cheep cloths, then go to hot topic online, and look at there stuff that is on sale. (it ill be half off)

Does wearing certain clothing brands make me a poser?
Q. I like to wear clothing brands such as Volcom, Hurley, Quiksilver, and Billabong, which is skater and surfer chic. I don't know how to do either sport, and now people are calling me a poser for wearing these brands. Is what they say true?
Asked by butler7310 - Sat May 9 11:57:35 2009 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. I don't think you are. You don't need to skate or surf to wear those clothes. If you like to wear them, then do it. Don't let others try and bring you down. They go along with a skater's and surfer's personality, but that doesn't mean you have to be one to wear the clothes. Just continue to wear them if you like them, and don't let others call you a poser. If they want to try that, then wouldn't they be posers of Tony Hawk by skating like he does?

Q. like how do you know if someone is a poser or not. I've always wondered how people tell right away whether or not someone is. Like what makes someone a true emo? How can I get people to stop calling me emo or a scene poser?
Q. people dont say anything bad.welI kinda dress like that i guess but its so annoying being called emo or a poser how can I mak4e them stop.
Asked by Ashley - Sun Jul 13 19:13:59 2008 - - 12 Answers - 1 Comments
A. Well, first you shouldn't call or label yourself as that (if you do) And don't care what people say! I dress how ever I want and get called "goth" and "emo" at least 5 times a day. I just kind of got used to it and it doesn't bother me because the people that do are stupid and feel the need to yell things at you. There isn't really anything you can do to make them stop, so just ignore them!

What if you are being called a poser, what would you do?
Q. One of my best friends has been called a poser from a few people all because she wore bows and colored skinny jeans. A lot of people have been wearing them lately. She doesn't want to be called a poser anymore and is done wearing that stuff. She knows she should wear what she wants but she is also getting tired of it. I love her and I don't know what to tell her. Any advice?

How can I import poser file in to a 3d studio max?
Q. Hi. How can I import poser file in to a 3d studio max Whenever I export poser file as (.3ds OR .obj) and import this files in 3d max, texture and character hairs etc not import in properly as I want so can anybody tell me how can I import poser 6 character in 3D studio maX.
Asked by best_cg_lover - Sat Jun 28 13:02:37 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments
A. There are plugins for 3d max. Gesturemax is old but work good with poser 6. Body studio is old too and work good. The new and best tool to work with poser and max is poserfusion but you need poser 7 and 3dmax 2008 or higher. Only save your scene in poser and open 3dmax find poser fusion and import your scene and when the scene is rendered all textures, hair and props is present.

Where can I find some good poser 7 tutorials?
Q. I just got Poser 7 today and have no idea what i'm doing. Any suggestions for a good place to go to learn... or any good beginners advice? Thanks
Asked by smrtboy84 - Thu Nov 15 14:16:49 2007 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Here are a few tutorial sites to get you going. My best advice is to just keep doing tutorial after tutorial. Eventually, you will pick it up and it can help hone your talent and make things faster and easier for you in the future. Oh, and one big thing, dont try to jump to the advance stuff too quickly. Make sure you have a firm grasp on the fundamentals because you will notice that some of the more advance tutorials will assume you know the basics already and omit that part from their lesson. Have fun learning Poser!

How do I "modify" my style without looking like a poser?
Q. I've really started liking more of the 80's style clothes (skinny jeans, flats and slingbacks, bright colors, and pointy-toed heels). How do I start adding this type of stuff to my wardrobe without making a sudden and drastic poser-esque change? Thanks! **I'm not saying I want to look like I just came out of the Eighties, I just would like to incorporate some of that style into today's style. A. just slowly bring it in, like wear a bit more and more of it each day. there are H&Ms in america so youll have no trouble picking up cool stuff like that here too. either that or just go for it and to hell with whatever anyone else thinks. style is about bravery and making the trends, not following them. if it were me, id just go for it, but if you want to ease into it, just mix and match stuff youve already got, but each day go a little more 80's
