What are some good dress shoes that don't look too dorky for a teenage guy?
Q. I need dress shoes for church and other events because my old ones don't fit anymore but everything I come across is really dorky. Any links or suggestions?

Is the purpose of photo albums to make people feel guilty about how dorky they used to look?
Q. I don't have a photo album, but my mum just mailed me a picture she found in the cupboard back home with me and a few of my friends when I was in elementary school. I look like quite dorky...I like to think that has changed, but I can never be certain... I am just happy to not have a complete album of these sorts of pictures!

How do you smoke a cigar without looking dorky?
Q. My best friend is having his 18th birthday party and his dad bought him a box of expensive cigars. He's gonna pass them out at his party, but i've never smoked anything and don't want to look like a n00b. I know not to inhale, but will i cough like a 10 year old? And once you start smoking them do you get used to the smell?

A. Forget about how you will look. Make sure you know how to cut it, or have a proper adult cut it for you. Cigars aren't meant to be inhaled (even though some of us do), just take some in and blow the smoke out after you've had a quick taste. If you feel like it's too strong, the cigar will go out on it's own if you leave it alone, then you can light it up again once you are ready. If you and your friends all light up at the same time in the same room, and none of you are used to the smell, you will all end up coughing up due to the strong smell and have a bad experience. I suggest either smoking outdoors or lighting up one cigar between two or three people (sort of like a joint) just for the taste, but thats really not how a cigar… [cont.]

Goofy/dorky guys never get the girls in real life, so why do they get the girls in the movies?

Q. I know people will say "I think they're fine", but I just read a question where a normal-looking girl asked if she looked okay, and almost everyone said to get contacts. Isn't this really shallow? I mean if dating comes down to not wearing glasses, then why should I want to date at all? Of course there is the "glasses geek" stereotype, but really, stereotypes shouldn't be what we base attractiveness and date-ability on.

A. Calm down, sweetie. I didn't get my license until last year. And I was 25! I had epilepsy when I was a teenager, so getting a license was out of the question. I don't think it's "weird or dorky" to get your license at a late age. Driving is a responsibility and if you get behind the wheel for all the wrong reasons, you won't be an excellent motorist.
